Javi is a professional bread baker who studied at the renowned International Culinary Center in New York. She opened Vituperio, with the goal of creating a place to learn about bread and to teach home bakers how to confidently make artisan breads.
You might be wondering... why the name of the Studio?
Javi is originally from Chile, and back in her home country Vituperio means "and informal gathering with friends sharing food and drinks" and that is the essence of the Studio!
