Most of this video shows how certain townships in Bucks County rip and tear into trees and shrubs with a one-tool-does-it-all mentality creating stumps with what looks like a broom on the end of it and trees with bark ripped off. This promotes desease, tree death, and creates a blighted look along our roads and open space areas. Near the end shows a few shots of properly trimmed branches done by the electric company PP&L. |

These pyramids are a mystery to everyone. I just read in, "Weird PA" that this is called the Pyramid Gardens which is a Rosicrucian temple which I suspected. The facility is secretive and it has been reported that you can sometimes hear chants and catch a glimpse of people in robes. Anybody wandering around will be chased away. |

Ringing Rocks
|
| |
Ringing rocks park has to be one of the strangest parks in Bucks County. The main attraction is an eight-acre field of huge reddish boulders, a peculiar enough sight in itself. Odder still is the fact that many of the rocks ring like bells when struck. On a busy day at the park, you'll find most of your fellow hikers trudging toward the boulder field with hammers in hand, looking like a troop of single-minded carpenters on their way to a remote job site. No matter where you go the woods resound with the chinking metallic sound of the rocks being struck, often accompanied by peals of delighted laughter. If you want to make some rock music yourself, bring your own hammer. |

It's still winter-time, not quite spring yet! On March 4th, 2007, whilst the 2-8-0 steam engine #40 is down for it's annual inspection and repairs, diesel #7087 takes on the role for #40. We were treated to some unexpected snowwy scenes as it happened to start flurrying a light dusting of snow. |
