The winery which is in a cement block building at the left of the entrance road was built from the ground up and incorporates state of the art stainless steel fermentation and bulk storage equipment from Europe and the United States. All of the crushing and destemming processes occur on the exterior of the winery building. Further down the drive on the right hand side is the tasting room, office, tax paid room and bonded area. The view out of the etched glass windows is of the surrounding vineyards and the largely unspoiled and undeveloped valley stretching a couple of miles to the row of large hills called the Sourland Mountain Range.
